2 - Out of Stock Items

If an item is out of stock, we will advise you of an estimated delivery date. You may cancel your order if you do not wish to wait, or it can be placed on back-order.

3 - Conditions of Sale

The product photographs are for illustrative purposes only, and an exact representation cannot be guaranteed due to differences in technical equipment. If you are looking for an exact colour match, we recommend that you email us with the fabric code to request a sample before you buy. We are able to send a maximum of 6 samples to each customer at any one time. Please note, that whilst we try to ensure that the swatch you receive will be from the same batch that you order, rolls of fabric do vary in dye lot, and slight variations in colour may occur.

All orders are processed as quickly as possible and are sent first class Royal Mail. In the event of certain items being out of stock, we will contact you to let you know and you can choose whether you would like an alternative product or if you would like to place it on backorder.

4 - Payment Security

Please be assured that this is a secure website in association with both Stripe and Paypal. Please select at checkout which payment method you wish to pursue. Any information that you provide is used solely to process your order, and we never store credit card details of any customer. The Fabric Bee is PCI compliant.
