Delivery and returns

Delivery

Orders are usually posted within 48 hours using Royal Mail First Class delivery or Royal Mail Standard delivery depending on which service you request. Orders received Saturday or Sunday will be posted the following Monday.  If your order is going to be delayed you will be notified by email of the estimated delivery date.

Postage is calculated according to the value of your order and is based on Royal Mail's current postage rates. Postage costs are calculated at the checkout and you can see what they are before you pay.  We currently offer FREE postage for orders over £50.

Orders which are over 2kg in weight will be sent by courier.  We use a 48 hour tracked and signed for service but orders placed over the weekend will take slightly longer.

Cost of Delivery:

  • £2.99 first class delivery        - orders up to £15.00
  • £5.50 first class delivery.       - orders £15.00 to £50.00
  • £2.50 Standard delivery         - orders up to £15.00
  • £4.50 Standard delivery.        - orders £15.00 to £50.00
  • FREE UK Standard delivery  - orders over £50.00 

    PLEASE NOTE: Orders over the value of £15.00 will require a signature.  If this is not convenient please email to let us know.

    When will my order arrive?

    UK delivery: 

    Orders sent by first class Royal Mail should reach you within 2-4 working days.

    Orders sent by standard Royal Mail should reach you within 4-6 working days.

    Please allow 7 days for unforeseen circumstances (such as bad weather). 

    What happens if I'm not in?

    If there is no-one available to sign for your parcel, Royal Mail will leave a card for you to pick it up from your nearest Post Office. 

    Europe/Worldwide Shipping

    Unfortunately we are not shipping outside of the UK due to ambiguous import charges for overseas customers and delays in parcels arriving safely due to Brexit/Covid.  When the situation improves we will reinstate shipping to Europe and the rest of the world.

    Returns Policy

    
If you change your mind or aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 7 days after the day of delivery to return the product to us at your own cost, for either a refund or an exchange. To do this, please email sales@thefabricbee.co.uk to notify us of the return. Returned goods must be packaged adequately to protect them against any damage.

    Please note that only goods in their original condition/packaging will be entitled to a full refund. The cost of goods will be refunded only, excluding packing and postage. This does not affect your statutory rights.  

    Proof of postage is always obtained when we post your order, but unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for any parcels that go astray in the postal system. If you have not received your parcel within 7 days, please contact us to let us know and we will do our best to track your missing order.  Please note that Royal Mail does not consider a parcel lost until 15 days have elapsed.
